Hair Transplant Procedure, Your TWO-Day All-Inclusive Package

BEFORE THE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION

You contact us to inquire whether a hair transplant is possible for you. Our assistants will guide you through the online hair analysis, during which we will ask a few questions about your situation and health. We also ask for 4 photos of your current hair situation, which you can send directly via WhatsApp or upload to our online hair analysis page.

If you are healthy and do not have any infectious diseases, you are eligible for a hair transplant treatment. Our surgeons assess your situation and health. If you are found suitable, you will usually receive a treatment plan the same day, but no later than the next day. We advise which treatment we recommend and how many grafts we expect to transplant.

After you have booked your flight ticket, your hair transplant treatment will be confirmed. We will then take care of everything for an enjoyable trip and stay, including all transfers and your treatment.

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

  • You will arrive at either Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) or Istanbul Airport (IST) in Istanbul, Turkey. Ahead of time, we will send you a message detailing the meeting location.
  • You will be taken directly and comfortably to your hotel. The driver, who also speaks English, will assist you with the check-in at the hotel if needed. You will receive a (WhatsApp) message from the clinic regarding the pick-up the next morning.
  • In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful city of Istanbul, and your contact person will surely provide you with some tips!

Day 2: YOUR TREATMENT DAY

  • After breakfast/lunch, you will be picked up by your hostess and driver for the hair transplant. (Please wear clothing that does not need to be pulled over the head, such as a button-down shirt).
  • Upon arrival at our clinic, another blood test will be conducted to check for infectious blood diseases. A blood sample will also be taken for the hair treatment, promoting faster wound healing.
  • After a favorable result, your hair will be washed and shaved.
  • An extensive consultation with the treating hair transplant surgeon follows, during which the new hairline and density will be determined in consultation with you. The English hostess will be present during this process.
  • For hygiene reasons, you will be provided with sterile clothing, and then you will be taken to the treatment room.
  • In the first part of the hair transplant, under local anesthesia, grafts (hair follicles) are extracted from the donor area. (typically takes around 2.5 hours).
  • After removing the grafts, we proceed to open the channels where the grafts will be placed during the second part of the treatment.
  • You can have a meal break. A lunch break is scheduled at the clinic.
  • In the second part of the treatment, under local anesthesia, the grafts are placed in the recipient area. (takes approximately 2-3 hours).
  • After the treatment, you will receive sterile dressing and will be accompanied by the hostess back to the hotel with our driver.
  • Our 24/7 WhatsApp line is available if needed.

Day 3: Check-up/Washing

  • After breakfast, you will be picked up by our driver and taken to our clinic.
  • You will have a follow-up appointment with the hair transplant surgeon, who will explain how to perform the aftercare for the next 7-10 days on your own.
  • The surgeon will also check and assess his work, ensuring that the medication is effective.
  • You will receive a bag containing medications, shampoo, lotion, and your lifetime growth guarantee certificate.
  • Our work in Istanbul will be completed at this point. After bidding farewell, one of our drivers will take you from the clinic to the airport.

AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION,
ONCE YOU ARE BACK HOME

  • After the hair transplant, once you are back home, our aftercare team will take over. In the beginning, we will closely monitor your progress and provide guidance as needed. As your progress advances, the intensity of our contact will decrease; becoming weekly and eventually monthly.
  • You will send us photos at months 1, 4, 8, and 12 for your guarantee file so that we can track the growth.
  • Your new hairs will start to grow after a few months, and after a few more months, you will experience more hair growth, and your hair will also become thicker. After another few months, typically up to around 12 months, you will have achieved your final result.
