“Mercure Istanbul holds the JCI Accreditation for the quality and safety of patient care.”
Mercure Istanbul has obtained the JCI Certification
Mercure Istanbul has obtained the JCI Certification for the quality and safety of patient care, education, and research. The quality certification is awarded by Joint Commission International (JCI), an international healthcare accreditation body.
Mercure Istanbul has opted for JCI accreditation because of its focus on providing safe care and attention to education and research. JCI is based on the principle of ‘continuous improvement,’ which aligns with Mercure Istanbul’s commitment.
JCI evaluates based on 1400 standards, through the review of policy documents, departmental visits, and discussions with staff and patients. JCI auditors assess the quality and safety of our patient care, education, research, as well as supporting processes such as medical equipment, cleaning, and (fire) safety.
