COMFORT-FUE PAINLESS HAIR TRANSPLANT

“With our innovative high-pressure anesthesia technique, we provide a comfortable, pain-free hair transplant, allowing you to relax fully throughout the procedure.”

COMFORT FUE, PRE-NEEDLE ANESTHESIA

For individuals with a fear of needles or trypanophobia, Mercure Istanbul offers Comfort FUE needle-free anesthesia. While the level of pain is reduced, it cannot be completely eliminated.

This advanced solution provides a needle-free alternative, employing a high-tech pressure-based technique instead of a needle, allowing patients to undergo hair transplantation without the concerns and stress often associated with traditional injection-based methods. We aim to ensure that all patients have a comfortable and stress-free experience.

How painful is a hair transplant?

A hair transplantation is entirely painless as it is performed under local anesthesia. The anesthetic is injected into your scalp before the treatment begins by an anesthesiologist using regular needles. The donor area is treated first, followed by your receiving area.

It is normal to experience some discomfort when the needle is inserted into the skin. You may feel the injections until the anesthesia takes effect and the scalp is numb. Once your scalp is locally anesthetized, the hair transplantation treatment is entirely painless.

For patients with a fear of needles or trypanophobia, we offer pre-needle anesthesia for a needle-free experience.

To eliminate the discomfort of traditional anesthetic injections and minimize the pain of local anesthesia, a special device can be used to administer anesthesia without the use of needles. At Mercure, we utilize Comfort FUE, employing jet-injection technology. The anesthesiologist numbs the scalp with this advanced technology before the injections, ensuring you experience less discomfort during your treatment.

The anesthetic is placed on the scalp using a special device through a high-pressure sprayer. The medication then spreads into the tissue, effectively blocking the nerves that transmit pain.

Once the scalp is numb, the anesthesiologist injects the anesthetic deeper into the scalp to evenly distribute the medication.

The Comfort-FUE hair transplantation method provides a lot of comfort and convenience for both the individual undergoing the procedure and the physician performing the hair transplantation.
